Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar, Laa ilaaha il-lAllaah, Allaahu Akbar Allaahu Akbar, Wa Lil-laahil-hamd

(Allaah is the Greatest, Allaah is the Greatest, Allaah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allaah; Allaah is the Greatest and to Allaah be all praise)

The Jinn, do they make any benefit or harm?

Jinn exist, they are creatures just like us, but the difference they are created from fire object while we are created from clay object. That difference in building unit makes it hard for us to identify or study them or their nature.

Jinn can never do benefit or harm to a human unless Allah permits:

(2:102) And follow that which the devils falsely related against the kingdom of Solomon. Solomon disbelieved not; but the devils disbelieved, teaching mankind magic and that which was revealed to the two angels in Babel, Harut and Marut. Nor did they (the two angels) teach it to anyone till they had said: We are only a temptation, therefore disbelieve not (in the guidance of Allah). And from these two (angles) people learn that by which they cause division between man and wife; but they injure thereby no-one save by Allah's leave. And they learn that which harmeth them and profiteth them not. And surely they do know that he who trafficketh therein will have no (happy) portion in the Hereafter; and surely evil is the price for which they sell their souls, if they but knew.
103 And if they had believed and kept from evil, a recompense from Allah would be better, if they only knew.

The righteous obedient Muslim is aided from Allah and His Angel soldiers... no need for Jinn or extra power... then where is the power of Duaa and submission to Allah...?

Believing in the miraculous powers of Jinn is considered Shirk.. coz this means you trust a creature to do what you wish other than Allah the Almighty...

On the authority of Abu Abbas Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
One day I was behind the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) [riding on the same mount] and he said, “O young man, I shall teach you some words [of advice]: Be mindful of Allah and Allah will protect you. Be mindful of Allah and you will find Him in front of you. If you ask, then ask Allah [alone]; and if you seek help, then seek help from Allah [alone]. And know that if the nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, they would not benefit you except with what Allah had already prescribed for you. And if they were to gather together to harm you with anything, they would not harm you except with what Allah had already prescribed against you. The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried.” It was related by at-Tirmidhi, who said it was a good and sound hadeeth. Another narration, other than that of Tirmidhi, reads: Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him in front of you. Recognize and acknowledge Allah in times of ease and prosperity, and He will remember you in times of adversity. And know that what has passed you by [and you have failed to attain] was not going to befall you, and what has befallen you was not going to pass you by. And know that victory comes with patience, relief with affliction, and hardship with ease.

So, those who remember Allah during their day and night guarantee protection from anything that could harm them, either from Jinn, humans, animals, or any other creature on earth.

What shall I say everyday and night?

Please read Al-Ikhlas, Almauthatain, the last 3 chapters of the Noble Quran (you'll find them here in this article: http://quran-the-truth.blogspot.com/2012/09/bismillah-al-rahman-al-rahiim-most-of.html), with Al-fatiha and Al-kursyy, 3 times every morning and evening and before you go to sleep and say: I seek Allah's protection from every shaytann and evil.. and every grudging eye, " Audhu bikalimatillah altammat min kolli shaytanin wahammah wa koll aynin lammah"

seven times after the verses, make the intention that Allah saves you and sure Allah will.

Here is Ayat Alkurseyy,
Bismillah Alrahman Alrahim,
